The property features a 90 m2 house, 80 m2 pool terrace with a 20 m2 pool, deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue area with a fireplace, gas stove and sink and with covered patio seating and a lovely Mediterranean garden. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus one half bathroom. 2 bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has 2 single beds (that can be joined). Living room/dining/kitchen area is spacious and bright, offers all the amenities, TV, Wi-Fi and opens onto a front balcony of around 15 m2 with seating and a view of the sea and the island of Krk. All the rooms have air-conditioning. There is also a laundry room with an exercise bike and dedicated game area on the ground level. There are two bicycles at our guests disposal. Two parking spaces on the property.
